Payment Terms, Net 10 from Invoice Date
OfficeCoffeeIcon.com does also accept Net 10 payment terms. Payment must be made 10 days from the actual invoice date. Your company must be pre-approved before we will ship the order. A secure credit application is available. In the event that an account becomes past due, we will not ship any additional orders until payment has been received. Once you are approved, we will ship out your order. If you order again, and we hope you do, you will not have to fill out another credit application. Your invoice will be from our parent company Southern Refreshment Services, Inc.

Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check
OfficeCoffeeIcon.com accepts check or money order as a form of payment. You will need to provide the correct information in your mailing with regards to the items you would like to purchase. Please contact us prior to sending us the information to determine proper shipping costs to your location. 
Please provide the following information in your mailing:
(1) List of  items and quantities you would like to purchase
(2) Your full name
(3) Shipping address
(4) Your e-mail address (optional), for order confirmation.
(5) Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order for the total amount (discussed prior) of your intended order. PLEASE MAKE CHECK or MONEY ORDER payable to "Southern Refreshment Services, Inc." (Southern Refreshment Services, Inc is the parent company of OfficeCoffeeIcon.com).
