Returns/Exchange Policy

At OfficeCoffeeicon.com, word-of-mouth is our most important advertising, so we want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. We want you to order from us with total confidence. If you are not completely satisfied, just return the product to us in its original manufacturers packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, with a copy of your delivery slip, and reason for the return and we will be glad to issue a refund.  However, OfficeCoffeeIcon.com will not exchange or refund any opened or partially consumed product. Any product returned for exchange or refund must be in re-sellable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. All Refunds will be credited back to the Paypal account, credit or debit card used at time of purchase, no cash refunds. Please understand the return policies for the items you are ordering before placing your order. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please note that different items have different return policies and procedures: 

Products:
OfficeCoffeeIcon.com understands that customers may want to return or exchange coffee products for different flavors, blends and brand names. Any product returned or exchanged must be in re-sellable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. OfficeCoffeeIcon.com will not exchange or refund any opened or partially consumed product.  It must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact Coffeeicon online at support@OfficeCoffeeIcon.com and a reply will be sent back to you within 24 hours. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Keurig Equipment:
OfficeCoffeeIcon.com will take returns on Keurig Brewers within 30 days of purchase and issue a refund, if you have not used the equipment.  Once you have used the equipment, it is not returnable. If you are returning the Keurig merchandise, it must be properly packaged to prevent any damage in shipping back to us. OfficeCoffeeIcon.com recommends insuring any merchandise returned and using FedEx for the carrier. It is the customers’ responsibility to return merchandise in the condition it was received. All Refunds will be credited back to the Paypal, credit or debit card used at time of purchase, no cash refunds. Once used, your equipment is fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Equipment under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you want to return Keurig equipment, please contact OfficeCoffeeicon.com via e-mail at support@OfficeCoffeeIcon.com and a reply will be sent back to you within 24 hours. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

BUNN Equipment
OfficeCoffeeIcon.com will take returns on BUNN Brewers within 30 days of purchase and issue a refund, if you have not used the equipment. We drop ship most of our BUNN equipment directly from the manufacturer, so you will need to get the shipping information from us at that time. You will be charged on the shipping of the brewer for the cost to mail it to you, even if you received our free shipping. We will need to get the information to BUNN and get a return authorization number before you ship it. We need to provide to Bunn, our order number, invoice number, and serial number, before you ship it to them. You will be responsible for the payment of the shipment on returns. Once you have used the equipment, it is not returnable. If you are returning the BUNN merchandise, it must be properly packaged to prevent any damage in shipping back to us. OfficeCoffeeIcon.com recommends insuring any merchandise returned and using FedEx for the carrier. It is the customers’ responsibility to return merchandise in the condition it was received. Damaged Products:

If are signing for any merchandise that arrives damaged, it is to your benefit to refuse the delivery and let the carrier keep and return the product to us. Any product accepted with visual damage should be documented with the carrier in order for us to file a claim. Keep the original box and packaging. You must then notify OfficeCoffeeIcon.com within two (2) business days of the damage. OfficeCoffeeIcon.com will then notify the carrier and arrange for an inspection and pickup of damaged merchandise if needed.  Customer bears all risks associated with merchandise after receipt thereof, including those associated with merchandise returned to OfficeCoffeeIcon.com until we receive it back. OfficeCoffeeIcon.com reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange on any product or equipment depending on individual circumstances.  We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

If we have made an error on your purchase we will arrange for a replacement, or arrange for the item to be returned at our expense.
