These profiles are our opinions of the strength of the coffee listed. Some suppliers label their coffees strong, but when you try it yourself, you find that's just not the case. This is why we have our own rating system. Our profile system is based off of a combination of information from the supplier, and our own comparisons of strength from similar suppliers. Keep in mind that many factors affect the strength and taste of coffees and teas. Brew temperature, steep time, amount of water used, amount of coffee or tea used, grind, roast, water hardness, cleanliness of equipment, and age of the coffee are all big factors when it comes to coffee and tea. Keep this in mind when making your choice of coffee or tea.
